An estimated 200 students attended the "17 Carat Gold Formal" that took place on Saturday February 11, 2017 at Bright Grandview Golf Course.

Dancing, laughter, and camera flashes filled Bright Grandview Golf Course on Saturday, February 11, 2017. The themed “17 Carat Gold Formal” was decorated by Polar Bear Senate that morning, they accented the room with white and gold decorations.

From 7-10pm music played as students formed circles to highlight each others dance moves. Specifically, Student body President, Harry Nguyen jumped in the circles to lead dance moves and energy to certain songs played by student DJ and Polar Bear Senate member, Albert Rassavong.

Whether the songs were slowed down, up beat, or had certain dance moves to go along with them, the estimated 200 students who attended didn’t lose their momentum.
