Smooth jazz and graceful A cappella were some of the many performances that filled the auditorium on December 1, 2016 for the Winter Band & Choir Concert.

Percussion Ensemble, Concert Band, Aurora A Cappella, Bass Clef Choir, Treble Clef Choir, North Soul Gospel, Jazz Band were the performers of the program, including jazz, swing, modern, and holiday music directed by band teacher Dave Brown and choir teacher Vanessa Brady.

To end the concert, all performers gathered throughout the audience and auditorium to join in the final song “Silent Night” with small tea light candles and no other room lighting.

The next choir performance is on February 13, 2017 for the annual Sweetheart Show and later the band performs at the Perry Band Olympics on February 18, 2017.
