Varsity Football Starts off Season with 41-6 Win Against Waterloo East

North High football is off to a winning start as the Polar Bears dominated the Waterloo East Trojans with a 41-6 final score Friday, Aug. 26.

Grubb Stadium was packed and a pink out theme from 500 free pink North Side Pride shirts given out at the entrance helped add spirit to the air. Freshmen students attended their first varsity football game with a free pink Class of 2020 t-shirt.

The Polar Bears play the Sioux City West Wolverines this Friday, Sept. 3 in Sioux City.
